Refund policy

We want you and your dog to love your LEUCHTIE. If it is not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of the day you receive your order.

How to return an item

Contact us at contact@leuchtie.co.uk, or through our Contact Us page, within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number.

Return postage is paid by you. We recommend using a tracked service.

Your refund

• Timing: we refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.
• Full refund: items returned unused and in a condition we can resell receive a full refund.
• Reduced refund: if an item has been used or handled more than needed to check it, and we cannot resell it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
• Delivery charge: if you return your order within 14 days of receiving it, we also refund the original standard delivery charge.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us straight away and we will put it right. We will cover the cost of returning it.

Every LEUCHTIE bought by a private customer from our online shop also comes with our 5-year guarantee.
